Hello.

Remember what it
was like being brave?

IT FELT GOOD DIDN’T IT?

In 2020 I decided to do something different. I decided to set up Bob’s Loyalty Shop so I could seek out the brave. Those who still had a passion and hunger to grow, to innovate or create.

If you have arrived here, then I’ve probably dropped you an email, a LinkedIn request or maybe even a WhatsApp. Or perhaps I’ve been recommended, which is always nice.

Chances are that you are an entrepreneur or agency owner. Reason being that most of my business relationships and project appointments have been initiated by project owners. I do work with directly with brands, but very rarely.

You might have people similar to me..

But you haven’t got anyone like me

Over the last 6 years I’ve worked with agencies all over the world. One thing they have all had in common – They all had specialists, but none had anyone with the breadth and depth I bring.

Also, being outside the organisation, I could bring a fresh perspective. Partly because I approach things differently, and partly because I often see things through a different lense. So, if you were thinking ‘I’ve already got someone like Bob’, trust me, you really haven’t.

DOES YOUR biz approach and pitch looks like everyone else’s?

Yeah… I’ll fix that

Organisations choose to work with Bob’s Loyalty Shop because they want to improve their front-end new business function. They like to be able to access additional expertise, planning and creative thinking to differentiate themselves in pitches. Whilst some are specifically looking for additional promotional, partnership, product, sponsorship, creative or loyalty expertise.

Having run countless creative, partnership and pitch teams I’m pretty good at helping clients deliver a higher level of strategically led creatively driven responses. This in turn generally results in more new client wins.

Most importantly, the work I do is grounded in operational delivery and commercial growth. Which basically means everything I do is planned out meticulously to ensure it is deliverable and makes money.

I’m not everyone’s cup of tea

But then who is?

Over the last 6 years I’ve been lucky to find and work with my own people. Passionate, open-minded people that still love kicking the duvet off each morning to come to work. More than that, people who I’m excited to see and work with each day. I’m not a good fit for those who are happy to stay in their own lane.

If you’ve been intrigued enough to scroll this far, I will leave you with something you already know. In every successful business there are a handful of people that truly make a difference. When you work with Bob’s Loyalty Shop you have access to one more individual who will help make a difference to your success.

So don’t procrastinate, if you like the sound of what you’ve read so far then get in touch.

Best, Bob.

I do 3 things

and I do them really bloomin’ well.

I work with agencies and incentive brands to win and grow more business. Typically, working with clients to improve their front-end sales processes by adding more creativity, strategic focus, planning and experience to their new business output. I also work with the across all aspects of sales promotion, brand building, marketing and PR.
I provide bespoke partner marketing expertise. This is a particular area that I am known for having headed up the McDonald’s Monopoly partnership team for over a decade.
I help brands and their agencies with their partner strategies by delivering high level strategic partnerships that raise their brand awareness whilst making a real and measurable commercial difference to their business.
I help brands monitize their communities, audiences, members and assets. I do this through the creation of paid partnerships, sponsorships and media opportunities and then taking them to market. Enabling brands to generate real and sustainable revenues.

Experience and services

Bob’s Loyalty shop is authentic, in as much that is doesn’t pretend to be anything that it’s not. I don’t sugar coat the issues or tell you what you want to hear. The added value comes from accessing the 30 years’ in the promotions, partnerships, and loyalty industry.

When it comes to experience there isn’t a sector I haven’t worked on: Retail, QSR, FMCG, Telecoms, IT Automotive, Financial Services and Travel. Nor a role I haven’t experienced: client services director, planning director, product director, promotions director, loyalty director and creative director. In short, I know how every aspect of an agency and client relationship work.

I’ve also led and launched a highly successful challenger tech start up team in what was a very competitive and aggressive market.
